Setup: Thursday 1200-1700
Friday: Dealers- 0900-2100
Public- 1000-2000
Saturday: Dealers- 0900-2100
Public- 1000-2000
Sunday: Dealers- 0900-1600
Public- 1000-1400

All dealers must vacate the hotel by 1700 Sunday or risk space charges. Plan to be out by 1600.

Welcome Dealers!!

AggieCon 41 is February 5-7, 2010 at the College Station Hilton & Conference Center in College Station, TX. We are glad to announce that the Dealers' Room will occupy the spacious Mockingbird Ballroom, strategically located at the front of all of our activity rooms, allowing for maximum traffic.

For those who wish to purchase a table(s) at this year's AggieCon, the price will be $120 until October 5th, 2009, then $135 until the convention. Please fill out and print the forms linked at the bottom of this page, and mail, with payment, to:
